What is AfterPay?
AfterPay offers a simple and affordable instalment plan, allowing you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $200, you pay 4 instalments of $50.
To be eligible for Afterpay you must:
- Have an Australian credit or debit card.
- To be over 18 years of age
- Be living in Australia
If you fail to make payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10, with a further $7 fee added 7 days later, if the payment is still unpaid.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Australia and ship within two days of receiving payment.
What is the price of delivery?
We offer free delivery for orders $150 and over. In all other cases a $15 flat fee applies.
Express deliveries are also available.
Do you ship internationally?We do! Please contact us for a shipping estimate.
I want to order custom-made curtains. How should I measure my windows?Please refer to our measuring guide, or contact us for further assistance.
What happens if my products arrive and they don't fit, are damaged or don’t look as good as I’d hoped?
We offer a full refund within 30 days for all ready-made items, if the item is returned in its original condition and with packaging.
For custom made items, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before confirming the order.
No returns are possible for custom-made items, unless there is an issue with quality.
How do I hang my curtains?
Ready-made curtains can accommodate curtain hooks, rings or can be threaded directly onto the curtain rod.
Our custom-made curtains are developed to suit your curtain hanging system and rod.
Please contact us if you require any clarification about hanging options.
I love your cushions, can I get curtains made to match?
Yes! We offer custom-made curtains, some of our cushion fabrics are not suitable for curtains. Please contact us with your request and we'll see what we can do.
What happens when a product I wish to purchase is out of stock?
The easiest option is to add the product to your wish list, then you will receive an email when the product is back in stock.
What is your returns policy?
We offer full refunds within 30 days if the item is posted to us in original condition and with full original packaging. Returns only, no exchanges. For custom-made items and alteration items, returns are only available if there us an issue with quality.
Can I have bed linen custom-made with Leuvia fabric?
Yes! We offer a custom-made bed linen, however some of our fabrics are not suitable. Please contact us with your request and we'll see what we can do.
